Our Refund Policy

FXolio does not provide refunds for subscription payments. When you purchase a subscription to FXolio, you will have full access to all features and services until the end of your current subscription period, regardless of when you cancel.

This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle. After cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to all features and services until the expiration date
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings, and select the Subscription tab to manage your subscription status.

Free Trial Period

FXolio offers a 1-day free trial for new users. During this period, you can explore all features of our platform at no cost. If you decide to continue using FXolio after the trial period, your payment method will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected.

No refunds will be provided after the free trial period has ended and your payment method has been charged.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By subscribing to FXolio, you agree to our payment processing terms and acknowledge that charges will appear on your statement from "FXolio" or our payment processor.

Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases where you experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our service, please contact our support team at support@fxolio.com.

We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. Any consideration for exceptions to our refund policy is at the sole discretion of FXolio.
